Quick Vegan Thanksgiving: Vegan Stuffing

Stuffing is a Thanksgiving tradition and here’s a quick recipe to make vegan stuffing in under 10 minutes! 


  • 365 Organic Multigrain Stuffing Mix (Purchase at Whole Foods) 
  • 1 3/4 cups of water
  • 3 tbsp. of olive oil

Step 1: Boil 1 3/4 cup of water and 6 tbsp. of olive oil in a pan. Once it has reached a boil, turn the stove off. 

Step 2: Pour the stuffing mix into the pan. 

Step 3: Stir the stuffing mix until the water and oil has fully dissolved. 

Step 4: Cover it and let it sit for 5 minutes. 

Step 5: Scoop the stuffing into an aluminum pan and let it cook for 15-20 minutes on 400 degrees. Serve!
